OT- FINISHED that darn paper!

Oh god -- I finished the FRICKING PAPER

- due, of course at 530 Pm today ROTFL

I suppose it sucks - but it's a pass/fail class and it's good enough for that.

anyone interested in 10 page short moral/legal arguments in favor of same-gender marriage feel free to ask for a copy. If you object to the premise -- I don't want to know... LOL

I just picked it as a position to write from - and as I did the research, came to the conclusion I actually agree for arguably valid legal reasons... (then again, I have had quite a few gay friends).

THREE CLASSES COMPLETE -- three finals to face.... one semester to graduation... ohhhh babbbyyy yes! Cheryl of DRAGON BEADS Flameworked beads and glass

I bet you can't WAIT to graduate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to read the paper. That was my favorite part of college... writing the papers.

Cheryl, my 33-year-old daughter started law school this fall and has spent the last week agonizing over her first paper (a memo on defamation) and on getting ready for exams. I'll tell her you're living proof that you do survive the first year!

Elise (and I doubt very seriously that your paper sucks AND I agree with the premise)

She's at Georgetown. She did her undergraduate work there, 12 years ago, and she wants to do international law, so it was a pretty good fit.

She is really stressing -- but, then, she always has.

Isn't that the truth! She says as she sits and works while, for the first time in her life, she has a cleaning service in cleaning her house. I could definitely grow to like this!

Congrats, Susan! I, for one, would much rather you spent your time making beads rather than cleaning house, LOL!!!

Ohh.. I know how you feel. It's hardly fair to have to right a paper for a pass/fail course!

I am working on getting my education certification so I can TEACH high school kids chemistry. I have done so much 'busy work' that I am sick of it!

Of course the good news is I am almost done. Next Semester I'll have to wander off and do some student teaching. EEK... wish me luck.. or to at least stay sane

We have it on a button, and the buttons will be up on the website Real Soon Now. (At the moment, we're going thru a culling process -- some of the things in the button list are outdated and/or lame, and we're trying to trim the flab before we put them up for perusal.)
