OT- finished

It's OT because I have gone over to the dark side... beading I have been collecting beads for embellishment purposes for a while now and while trying (and failing) to find bead patterns for small flowers to embellish a quilt I have in progress I came across this bracelet pattern and decided to try it out

the result is in my yahoo photo's in the beading folder

That's really lovely, looks substantial, not like some of the flimsy beaded jewellery you see. I'm always afraid of breaking or losing it! Great colours!

thanks Jo! it's only 1/4 inch wide at the widest part but each core bead has the thread going through 4 times so it is strong :-D

answering myself - I meant 1/4 inch at the skinniest part - the widest part is 2 1/2 inches
