Had a great visit with my family and celebrated my dad's 70th birthday. Got an early pressie for my 40th b-day, too - diamond earrings! From my folks, of course, and I was stunned. They are beautiful - bezel set in white gold! Not too big, either, which I love.
Avner flew well, too. Only had problems during landing on one of the 4 flights. He slept through takeoff and landing all the other flights - good kid, huh?
No bead shopping while I was in Milwaukee but did attend an art show and saw quite a bit of beaded jewelry including one woman that was doing some very nice amulet bags. Woefully underpriced, IMO. Most were priced at $40 which I'm sure didn't come anywhere near covering the labor involved.
Anywho - no babysitter today or yesterday, so it'll take me a while to catch up on postings. I gotta get back to 'real' work!
