Thanks! I plan to do more of those, REAL soon. The rim on one end cracked off (I didn't put it down as solidly as I should've) but there WILL be more. I love the turquoise/ivory effects.

Loren Stump! Wow. I admire his beads, but even more to the point, I hear he's a marvellous teacher.

Great beads. But what keeps popping into my head is, I can't wait to see what you take from these lessons that will really be your own. I can't see you making Leah Fairbanks beads, but I can sure see you learning to make something all your own from what you've gained from her. And that's the highest value in taking classes.

Leah proves again what a good teacher she is!

I like them all Karen! It looks like you had fun.

Thanks Tina! I don't see me doing "Leah beads" either, but OMG the techniques I picked up. I was writing "side notes" like crazy. Yanno...."remember to try this THIS way on THAT bead." I'm counting the minutes til I can open the kiln this evening.

Karen, Great work! And congratulations on winning Leah's bead. I won one of her floral urn beads once, it is one of my proudest possessions. I made a necklace with it and everytime I wear it I stop traffic. Patti

Why? Because she looks like an angel? She really does look like that. Patti

LOVE the florals, Karen. Just love them. Keep practicing.
