Thanks y'all! I've been battling a migraine since yesterday and have felt like the pitts. Reading all these nice comments has given me a little boost.

Jerri - I can feel that migraine pain. My doctor told me about some feedback therapy but instead I chose self hypnosis. Guess what...my last two migraines were controlled with the self hypnosis. I was so shocked! No drugs...no sleeping for days...no ER visits...bliss.

Yes I hate my migraines and occipital headaches, but life is better without drugs.
