I think that the secret is to not try and compete; do your own thing and ignore"fashion" and what all of the other lampworkers are making. I honestly seldomlook at other lampworkers' beads, lest I inadvertantly copy them. Don't agonizeover what others are making, how much money they're getting, etc. I know there are people who try and discourage others in little nasty ways -just ignore it.
