That's the worst customer service I've heard of in a long time! I would never expect a customer of mine to do the work if something didn't arrive, or arrived damaged. Maybe they were having a bad day. Call them again, explain that you moved and can't find the forms. If they don't offer to "fix it", move on. You're right, there are plenty of sellers out there. You shouldn't have to do it Sooz. When I have had to file claims in the past, the P.O. wants the claim form signed on the receivers end just verifying that you didn't get it. You have to wait 30 days before you can file a claim if something isn't delivered. In your case, you shouldn't have to wait.

On a related note, I'm having a wierd USPS problem... packages I'm sending to one of my regulars aren't being delivered! One was delivered a month after I sent it, and another has just come back marked "unclaimed"... a little odd since she hasn't moved. She emailed me to let me know about the one that came a month late, but she hadn't even noticed the other one was missing (she buys so many beads from so many people I think it'd hard to keep track) and now I don't know if I should just resend it, or if I should contact the post office first.

Is she on a walking route? Could be that her regular delivery person doesn't like hauling packages and leaves them on the shelf. Then they get delivered if the fill-in person notices the package sitting there. Either that or the yellow slips are getting blown away.
