I think

Oh, purple isn't the only color I wear! For other than show days I have every color of the rainbow. Lots and lots of jewel tones, teal, turquoise, red (on the bluish side, no orange), emerald, sapphire. Yummy, rich colors. And lots of hand-painted silk. I love to trade for things at the shows. I should have an elegant silk cape arriving any day now that I swapped for at the Lexington, KY show. Barbara Dream Master

I would indeed love your hat wardrobe. What is the point of a hat if not to attract attention? lol Most of mine have been straw, to keep the sun off my nose while gardening, but they always seem to attract something fanciful around the crown. Do you use hat pins? Diana

No, I don't. Most of my hats fit well enough that they stay on fine, except for strong wind gusts. But I have been thinking that I should have a couple because I do have a hat or 2 that are a little on the loose side. I would hate to have one damaged because of a little wind....................... a good hat would be terrible to loose... and I just found out that hat pins can be *BEADED!!!* Diana

Of course, you need to have enough hair to stick the pin through. I'd have to drive one into my skull to hold the hat on...

Shoot, if you try hard enough *anything* can be beaded! ;-) Barbara Dream Master
