Well, sales were fine, and some of the folks who even slammed me in theExhibition went ahead and later bought my beads. Doesn't THAT just go figure? I'm always sorry to hear about folks having this sort of thing (and thebusiness with the faceted stones) happen to them at an SCA event since themini-group I hang out with is VERY non-political and nurturing; that'll teachme to assume that the group as a whole is like that. Anyhow, I had a notice up at the show that they weren't reproductions, but INSPIRED by some Renaissance paintings and some of the Venetian beadwork...
