tic tac containers!!!
I am now hooked on the ones that you buy through the craft section of Walmart, or through Whimbeads...but I save my tictac boxes, and use them!!!
BTW, if you buy the 2" containers from whimbeads (or through the bulkbuys) or from Walmart, they fit perfectly in the floss box containers.
Sooz, have you seen them yet??? (I am assuming you have...)

I use old spice jars and vitamin bottles to put murrini and pixie dust, etc. in. I keep the frit that accumulates from lampworking and make "end of day" marbles out of it. They usually aren't worth selling, but I like to keep some in my pocket and if I am in line at a bank or fast food place and see a bored kid, I will give them a marble to play with (I ask the parent if it is okay first). Often the parent will freak out and take it away from the kid because it is hand made and "not to be played with", then I will try and sneak the kid another one and tell him "play with it all he wants to".
vj found this in rec.crafts.beads, from "Louis Cage" :

how sad is that?

I don't understand the idea of *not* playing with something because it's "good". Isn't the pleasure of having "good" things all in the using of them???
I always tell the people who buy my beads that if they break it, it's my fault bevause I didn't make it right in the first place.
