Semi-OT: Ready for this?

I got the pre-invoice, in prep for the delivery of the bali (sans letters, which will be mailed on monday, with some misc that I will enter into the cart this weekend).

I don't believe I got myself into this...this will be FUN! (sarcasm and hop in that statement!)

The bill??? .....$11,507.99

for just the bali (well, the letters will probably come to about $800).

Let's see...the last time, the bill was $4,900, *with* letters, and it was

55lbs.

This time? Ummmmmmm.....I am imagining over 100lbs.

Say it in one breath: "GIRL YOU ARE CRAZY!!!"

Okay, going to bed now...just had to share.

and if you don't see me over the weekend, you know why. If you want to call...email me, and I will send out the phone number. I will need PLENTY of excuses for breaks!

I'd be pretty intimidated by having that much silver that belonged to others, and worried about pulling in the money. Just glad it's not me.

group buy (gads, *I* can't even afford $20 right now without asking Ken!!!).

The price was 39cents/gram and free shipping.

This order put us over the top, as the last one was 4,900. If you order $1500 in a 6month period, you go to Tier 1. So next time, free shipping, and 37cents. minimum 500 grams. :-)

Whoops, I misjudged. I mis-remembered. I don't remember how much the last bali order was, but the 55lb package was the last time I did a FMG clearancehouse bulk buy...when they offered magnetic hematite.

*THAT* one weighed 55.

But I did figure it out...the waybill on this said 26kg, which is 57.3 lbs.

*AND* the letters will be mailed on Monday. With a few more grams of beads...WHEW!!!
