I have made a vow that LB is my last dog. He has a heart condition and when he goes, that's it. I can't afford them and it's too hard when they pass. Cats are easier. And they tend to live longer. Kisses died at 19 1/2. My oldest cat is 15 and other than a little gray in the fur on her back, you would never know. They also require far less care. It's time to make my life easier on me.
