Swarovski Toasting Flutes, how to tell if they are authentic

Can anyone help me? I have a friend that has a set of Swarovski Toasting Flutes. They are absolutely gorgeous. They are signed on the bottom by the artist, and say by Swarovski Selections on them.

Someone else told me that because they say Swarovski Selections, they are not authentic. I looked at them on Swarovski's website, they look the same. Are there signs that anyone can offer to tell if these are legit or not?

Thanks

I'd say that if they look exactly like the ones on the site and are marked, they are probably authentic. Take them to a jewelry store that is an authorized Swarovski retailer and ask them to authenticate.

I don't know much about vintage glass, but I know of a group who may know! This is the art glass collectors forum on ebay, and they are a very knowledgeable group. There are two who have years of experience and are very willing to help out.
