I think they're disgusting. I can only think that someone got offed for their fillings, and that totally squicks me out.

I just wish that there were gallery pictures for all those auctions, so I could skim the list more easily.

Well, see then??! You should buy some for your dentist beader friend. Then she/he can wear the bracelet when she/he works on people and tell them they're left-over teeth that people didn't want! LOL!

She'd be the type to wear it, show it off and have fun with it too! LOL

Our dentist would tell people that she made them out of the teeth of people who don't floss.

I always schedule our dental cleanings for the whole family at the same time, so Bob can't weasel out of getting his teeth cleaned. There are two chairs in the hygenist's area, so usually it's Bob in the chair on the left, and me on the right.

I've always been very wierd about making sure that my teeth are sparkling clean all the time (I can't stand the feeling of a dirty mouth), and I floss at least twice a day. DD has inherited my minor case of OCD and has never had a cavity, and has sparkling white teeth. Bob, OTOH, brushes his teeth twice a day, but will not floss. ever. I don't know how he stands it. He doesn't even keep floss in his glove compartment. (I have floss, kleenex, advil and "stuff" stashed in my car, my purse and odd places around the house. Don't want to be caught unprepared.)

So, twice a year when we get our teeth cleaned, I get to listen to the dentist and hygenist lecture Bob over his refusal to floss. (snicker, snicker) The best part is that they always tell him that I'm such a good example, which he hates. (Yes, I'm so twelve, I'm eleven)

P.S.: I'm such a whack job about teeth that I took DD for her first dental cleaning when she got her first tooth. I held her in my lap while the hygenist cleaned that one teeny tooth with gauze and some kind of goo.

This looked good for my friend, Donna. She's a dental hygienist, aka The Tooth Fairy, aka The Goddess of Pain.

I'll be checking that site out some more.

Tina, sigco has more than one auction up for those beads... I think there's two or three of them up as of this afternoon. That way you won't have to bid against MargieK. :)
