Is it joint pain, or is Romeo's back out?
Mercury takes Deramaxx for his joints. He has great hips, but he's getting old, and his joints are achey. No back problems. You might ask your vet about it -- depending on the situation, Deramaxx is incredible. Merc used to be on glucosamine/chondritin, too, but it didn't work as well and now it's redundant. ~~ Sooz

Actually, she probably hears that a lot. (Mostly cats named Jinx, I bet) ~~ Sooz

thanks!...good dogs...(Sadie is a therapy pet, which means we take her into hospitals, schools and the like for folks to love on her. Goofy thing, she thinks it's an hour dedicated to HER getting the therapy of being loved on! whichever!)

I've never had one that went in the closet until Romeo. He's kind of warped. He mostly sleeps in there, but if we have people over, or things are just too over stimulating, he goes in there. I shut him in there a few times and then finally gave up and put him a bed in there and now I always leave the door open.
No, it's not joint pain. He was fine until this happened, so it's either a disc problem, or if it was tick paralysis, it would be from that. If he seems to be fully recovered in a few more weeks, we'll guess it was tick paralysis. If he stays the way his is, we'll be pretty sure it's a disc thing.
Awwwwwwwwwwww! Sounds like the pet therapy is good for everybody!
It's wonderful. We've gotten "responses" out of children in the schools for delayed development kids when no teacher has been able to get them to smile!!

Stella always looks for a cave too. Closet, under the table. I always figured it was the dingo in her.
