where to buy swarovski in Europe?

Wholesale?

Yes, I am going to follow my own advise to Maren and start an online store, first Ebay, later the world. I am going to do mostly high quality stuff like silver and swarovski. Wish me luck

One of the few things I know for sure: never do business with friends!

How right you are.

You buy Swarovski wholesale directly from Swarovski. That much I know.

Please keep at least me updated on that one, I ordered mine from Rainbows of Light because after looking at the Swarovski website I thought I probably wouldn't have a snowball's chance. Becki, are you saying I was wrong in that?

(Same question for Tierracast ...)

Wow. You bet! All the luck in the world! I think I was in the right place at the right time asking the right questions to the right person or people a few times in the last few weeks.

Hoping you can 'partner' with somebody for classes and such like what is happening here (I got to sign up for that lampworking class still too, trying to find out whether Kalera was right, maybe I can make lampwork beads too), but finding a lampworker who has an art supply store, has a glass art fair planned, and doesn't carry beads and other jewelry supplies is so much of a coincidence that I still find it hard to believe (free booth for some jewelry making advice, how's that for luck. Of course I have no idea whether there are going to be any customers, but if there aren't all I lose is time)

I wish you the same luck!

good to know. I guess for the time being I'll get them where I'm getting them now (rainbowsoflight.com). another thing to add to them being nice on the phone and really quick: they emailed me the tracking label number.

While I would have been able to do 1000 euro if pushed real hard, but committing to 10,000 per year is out of the question for me too.

Question n the same direction: tierracast? (and some of what I find from tierracast Ben Franklin here has as Sierra Pacific. Different locations, is one the 'wholesale outlet' of the other? And some of the stuff looks like Bali knockoffs anyway - still looking for a good place to get 3 and 5 hole spacer bars. I spaced ordering the 3 hole ones when i put in my beadwholesaler/eaglebeads order but I'd like to get

5 hole ones as well. Not 4 of them, on the order of 100-200 of them, and hopefully without waiting for mail arriving from China.)

We'll see what the year brings. Thanks, and good luck. You've been a major influence to make me go ahead with this. - And remember: you can store a lot of value in a small space and (most) beads have an infinite shelf life. If you're able to stick with it even if it takes a while (and, like me, currently don't depend on the income right away), go for it. -

Maren and Bartje -- I bought most of my stuff wholesale from here (gold and silver, at least). Findings, wire, beads when I could get them.
