changing hoop size

Does anyone know how to change hoop sizes? I want to use the 100x100 hoop, but the design only will let me use larger hoops. The size of the patterns are less than 4", so that isn't the problem. In Customizer I see the design shown in 100x100 mm hoop and in edit>preferences, but when I put the floppy disk in my D1, it says larger hoops.Any help would be appreciated. Sandy

Have you tried changing it on the machine, by pressing the hoop icon on the screen. or try switching the machine off and then on again in case it hasn't registered properly/
