Does anyone know how to change hoop sizes inside the Designer 1? I have designs that are smaller than the 4z4 hoop--but when the disk is in the machine, the hoop size comes up larger and the smaller sizes are grayed out. In Customizer, I see the design shown in the 100x100 hoop and in edit>preferences I click on the 100x100 size. Any helpful thoughts appreciated, Sandy

Tthere is an icon on the D1 screen directly where it tells you what hoop size is, press this. It is a pinkish icon with a hoop on it. hope this helps.

You need to go into the Customizing program, use the centering icon and then resave it with the size hoop you want. HTH Karen
I've just tried it on my machine and it works, but maybe you'll have to go back to Customising to change it. If the button is greyed out it usually means the design is too big for that hoop.
