I have had my Viking I for 3 years now. I have not had any issues.... knock on wood... until this week. My touch screen seems to be going out. First it was for the change thread/embroidery finished pop-up... that did not work at times. Then it worked great for a few days and I thought it was a fluke. Now tonight other things are not working.
AHHH! I need my machine. Anyone else with this happen? Can you give me an estimate of what it will cost to repair... so I am prepared.

Well, I was down there first thing this morning and got out the manual! Sure enough... I followed directions and it suggested blunt end of needle. It seems to be working great now... keeping my fingers crossed.
