When I turn on the machine the touch screen is blank. I adjust contrast so that is not the problem. It appears that the software is not booting. I have sent a note to brother, but they have not responded. I took the machine to a dealer and it worked fine there. Does anyone know what the problems is? Is the software subject to interference?
