To directly answer instead of leading you off on a search, This is rec.crafts.glass which is people who make things with glass. You want a collectors forum, maybe somebody futher down the long list (of probably obnoxious) replies suggests one.

Selling anything around here in West Wales is a craft, there so tight with their money you need a spanner to get it out of their hand
