Hey all, i am trying to attach glass to plastic so as to allow it to fall away/off if imersed in water, yet strong enough to hold up against wind. Any ideas? m

water soluble glue. elmers, wheat paste, etc.

I was going to suggest those, but wondered about grip and whether the person wanted to hold on in rain, but not in soaking. Testing is obviously required. Egg white - almumen - may also work and be clear. I think it soaks off, but will be somewhat rain resistant.
