I've done my own monogram, in several formats.

I also did it for my grandchildren, using interesting and cute lettering appropriate to each child.

The crest is already established - my dad would get kick out it.

As to my own - I don't feel the need.

My father painted his crest one time -- I think my daughter has it now.

That`s given me an idea for my brother-in-law`s Xmas present - I have a copy of his fasmily crest. It would make an ideal gift if I can finish it in time. Jeepers - not much time now until Christmas, is it?

Silly idea of the month. The town council of one of our local towns are refusing to contribute to the Christmas lights because "They might offend people of other faiths". Talk about bureaucracy/political correctness gone mad! The news people stopped members of ethnic minorities in the street and asked what they thought and they all, to the last one, thought it was MAD. They love the Christmas lights as much as we do!

We all enjoy the other festivities too and don`t take offence at those!

Political correctness has been carried to far in this day and time -- which is weird considering how UNCORRECT politics itself has become.

Just my opinion, not trying to start anything....
