Anyone want to do a swap for a CD disk full of printable patterns? About
700 - mostly rather cute cartoons as far as I can see. Prints out charts and materials lists. A rash purchase on Ebay, but not my subject. The swap doesn`t have to be stitchy stuff - surprise me! LOL!
I might be interested. At my school we are starting a craft corner and myself and the other teacher in the room both enjoy cross stitch. Most of our kids don't have access to ANY crafts so this might be the right thing. Does it come with an instruction demo or the like?
Only basic instructions on how to pick the picture you want, and how to print it out. It`s really very simple. I don`t think there are any instructions on how to actually DO cross stitch. It actually says on the package:-
Choose a design from one of the 700 samples provided in different categories.
Select the ideal format for your cross stitch design.
Print your chart along with it`s matching materials list.
Works on any version of Windows from `95 to XP.
I think it would be ideal for kids - or for anyone who likes doing cartoony animals, flowers etc. Those "Dummies" books are always very clear, and this programme looks to be in a similar vein.
