E-zines

I found the link this week about a new ezine, loved it. Now, I know Dianne used to have one. Is it still going?

Does anyone know of any others? I'm writing an article for my EAC newsletter and would like to include any.

I know that there's a wonderful new e-zine that features mainly counted work. Can't remember the link, but it looks like a lovely, well thought out zine.

My e-zine is defunct. It lasted two years and I simply couldn't keep it going for numerous reasons. I miss the involvement and the people who contributed. The two year's worth of issues are still available at:

Its not the EAC magazine, but only a chapter's newsletter. I'm with the Ottawa Valley Guild of Stitchery. We're also the ones doing the canadian Soldier Pillows, like the Yellow Rose Chapter in the EGA. I'm also one of the organizers for that and I'm also the Cyber Registrar at the EAC for online Cyber courses.

Shame about your e-zine Dianne, I quite enjoyed it. I learned lots of things from it. I will include your free issue in the article though. If you remember what that other one was, please let me know.

Dianne, I miss your e-zine too. I think it was something very special.

I don't know if this is what people are thinking about, but I recommend The Gift of Stitching.

As Dianne says, it's mostly counted work, but with a great deal of variety. Inexpensive too, considering how much is in each issue. And kits for some of the designs are available from

(Now there's another site worth exploring!)

I'm currently subscribed to that one as well, and I'm quite enjoying it. I'd rather have a print magazine, but at least I don't have to find space to store this one! :)
