Happy, Happy Dancing

Happily I just put the very last stitch into the very last square of my Great American Afghan project.

Now if one of you wonderful people can direct me to the "Finishing Fairy" to sew it all together for me, I will be forever grateful.

It always amazes me how much I like the knitting part and dislike the sewing together part.

Congratulations, Lucille!

When the finishing fairy finishes at your house, send her here. I just finished crocheting an afghan and am very pleased (dancing along with you). It was a one-piece afghan in a pretty design. BUT upstairs I have about 3/4 of the necessary squares for a pieced afghan that I began over a year ago, and lost interest in when I had to stitch 'em all together. One of these days...

Sue, if it just straight stitching, send it to me. I need a "brain dead" project right now.

I thought I was the only one like that! I love to crochet, but avoid "square" type afghans that I have to stitch together, because I hate the stitching part so much! Usually I'll use some sort of chain stitch to join the squares. Kim

I think that is imporbable. But then again, what do I know my babblefish died on the job.
