Happy dancing!

I finished Laura Perrin's Sapphire Star this weekend and it is gorgeous! I'll try to get a picture up later this week, but it probably won't do it justice. . .

Now, I'm working on an applique pillow for my sister, then back to BOAF "L'Otomne."

I agree, it's a beautiful piece and I can't wait to see it finished.

I finished the Cricket Collection Shadows Sampler the other day. That's the one with the little girl in silhouette and a background of letters. If I must say so myself, it came out rather nice.

Now I finally took out the knitted afghan that I started forever ago and also got around to tracing my name in Japanese. A friend who lives in Japan, and is fluent in Japanese, was sweet enough to figure out the letters for me and even made it the size I wanted. I'm just going to do it in one color, red, and I hope it goes smoothly and quickly.

That new film "Happy Feet" about that cute little penguin will forever come to mind every time I see one of these "Happy Dance" posts now!

Oh my goodness, that is just beautiful. Well done you!

How many different stitches did you use?
