I'm delightfully surprised!

Not an ad for MLI, but a post that will surprise her fans.

She posted her latest design today "Dance of the Roses" and I was very pleasantly surprised.

I liked it!

First time in nearly a decade that I've considered purchasing one of her designs. It is great that she's gone back to what she's best at.

I agree--it's a good piece. She seems to have gone back to her roots.

At the risk of making one of the dreaded "me too" posts..... Me too! I can't see me stitching it, but I do like it. Tegan

I'd probably stitch the bodice of the gown in a light blue since I'm not into mossy green, but otherwise agree. It is lovely.

I agree that the lady is lovely but i miss the backgrounds (like in Spirit Dancer or Nantucket Rose.)

I was having IM with a friend when it appeared on the website. I sent my friend to go look and seem to have gotten myself committed to make it. Ah, well, saves the problem of figuring out what's a good 50th birthday present for her; I know it's something she'll love, because she already told me she does. And I have 358 days to finish it.
