You need to contact retailers and find out who supplies them. Some retailers will keep that information tight to their chest and others would be willing to part with it providing you have a good reason for wanting to know.
You might also want to look at publications that contain wholesaler information, such as "Sew Beautiful" and "Creative Needle."
