Major Project for 2006

Has this been asked yet? I'm working on Mirabilia's *Mermaids of the Deep Blue* - gorgeous colours in it, plus a lot of little ones like hummingbirds (one done, two to go) and a little one that has a black cat sitting atop some quilts - doing that little guy for a friend. The mermaids can be seen at -

I was curious about the name of the chart you mentioned that had the black cat sitting atop quilts. I love cats and am always looking for a quick project to do between more complicated ones! Mary Ann

This sounds like one of Diane Graebner's Cats and Quilts designs (I have four) - they're quite small.

I think the only piece I'm planning on this year that could be considered a "major" project will be TW's C"arousel," which I'll be taking up about mid year; it's to be my 2007 fair piece. St Peteresburg was finally completed late (very late) on the night of Jan

1, and I'm currently finishing off a UFO, LoneDeer's "Apache Sun." After that, it's likely to be an adaptation I did of a nutcrackers design.

Yes I can see you. I think you should munge your address though or you will get masses of spam. Not sure how you do that with google, but other people here use it, I'm sure they will tell you.

Which makes St. Pete your 2006 fair piece, I hope?

Wow, congrats! I guess there was an end to the terra cotta roofs. Rooves? Have you posted a pic yet?
