Missing scissors

I find it between the waterbed and the frame quite often.

Of all the things I've ever lost I miss my mind the most!

I had one sofa I had to slit a small opening in the bottom liner. Things always managed to get that far, if I didn't catch them within minutes of missing. Since it was regular occurrence, it made sense to leave the slit.

I think some of the scissors [of those who lost them] went to an organized tour of Scissor land ,,, mirjam

Not too sure about youth, Mirjam. Basically I`d be perfectly happy as I am, if only I was more fit!!! I definitely can`t climb trees or ride a horse any more!

I do that too - even managed to find some nice narrow ribbon in my own tartan - although I have resorted to a length of that butchers` twine we were speaking of last week!

You do sometimes get strange looks when you go down the main street with a pair of scissors dangling round your neck, though!

I like this quote.

I found another quote on a stitching chart I really like too:

"I think I've lost my mind. Maybe it's with my car keys."

Please Pat, DO take care when bending forwards or you are likely to commit a public act of involuntary hari-kiri

LOLOL! I never knew that Hari- Kiri COULD be involuntary!

Pat

Right up there in the same territory as the land of lost socks.
