Oh dear......... looking forward to buying buttons for a baby jacket, and discovered the shop is closed ! The worst thing was, the wool and needles were still visible through the window..... so near, yet so far. So many shops are closing down in the shopping centre :o( So I decided to treat myself to a copy of 'The World of Cross-Stitch'. There is an article about a lady who stitched the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel ! Visit

I take it you mean closed permanently, sigh, it's been years since there was a real store in our city.

Yes, shutters down and note on window. The owner had a stall in the shopping centre originally, then took over an empty unit. Last time I was there we spoke about the number of closed shops, and she said that she'd negotiated the new lease.
