ONS - loyal or not?

Since so many B&M shops are closing, I am sure a lot of us do more and more of our shopping online.

Just curious (not looking for recommendations), do you generally stick with the same store or do you shop around for the best price? And how do you feel about ebay/ebay stores?

I pretty much stick with the same store, unless it's something they can't get for me. Since I'm loyal to her, she will move heaven and earth for me.

Since my B&M shop closed, I do most of my shopping on line and I do shop around for the best price.

I have also gotten several things from ebay and/or ebay stores and so far I've always been satisfied.

Well, I am quite loyal to one Ebay Store. She gives excellent service. There are a couple of other ones I will buy from with out hesitation.

The only closeby store specializes in XS patterns and doesn't have a big selection of different threads so its quite rare that I buy anything there. I've not done much ebay buying lately as Paypal and I are barely on speaking terms (short version -- I lost password, paypal link to recover was so long that it didn't work in browser and locked myself out of account after several tries. New account is in place but I don't like using the credit card it's tied to for online purchases). Veering back on topic, if something listed for sale on ebay or in an ebay store isn't a bargain, I'd rather buy from a vetted online store.

I do most of my shopping online, not at last because I design and deal with some thread manufacturers direct for example. I don't buy designs, have enough to stitch on my own.

Our needlecraft shops surely in most cases don't have what I need, one was in Cairns, who at least had a good choice of quality fabrics, and was able to get me the Kreinik I needed, but that was it. We don't have many shops around here, Hervey Bay has 2, one calls itself Crazy Craft Warehouse. Well apart from a good range of quilting supplies they are boring with stitching supplies. I wouldn't even buy there if I was looking for patterns, because they have nearly no choice.

Anyway, Ebay - I'm not going to touch it, not for craft, not for anything else. Here I consider them absolutely unreliable, too many scandals. Na, not my piece of cake. We have wonderful needlecraft stores online.
