I told you all about my early Christmas present, the new hot water heater delivered the day after Thanksgiving , and got another gift today: the GOM cat who wasn't being himself spent the night at the animal hospital and appears to be on the mend after antibiotics and hydration (working diagnosis: urinary tract infection). DH and I won't be exchanging gifts (other than the clearance-priced T-shirt I bought last Feb. and forgot to give him at his birthday last April) because we got these treasures instead. But I'm not complaining - I'm happy for and fully appreciative of those!!!
Another gift that money can't buy: I presented the first of my ornaments today, to a young 20-something woman, and she absolutely LOVED it. She was practically dancing with it!! It's so nice to have one's work appreciated.
