Hi Pat, I think you got a bigger problem!!

The first missing letter must be a vowel. There must also be a vowel before and after the letter "V" If I am right you will not find an *North American* city with that kind of spelling, cheating or no cheating LOL.

I couldn't even guess which letter or letters you gave us are wrong.
