The dog will likely love it. I have never seen haggis in stores in Canada, but have eaten it in several pubs and at our local multicultural festival, so there are people making it. Perhaps you need to know a code word ("tatties and neeps"??? "Och aye"???)

It actually is not very flavourful - that's why ones serves turnips and whiskey with it lol

McSween (probably the best haggis maker in Scotland) has produced a vegetarian haggis but I have no intention of trying it!

I prefer the "proper" haggis and can also recommend McSween's Black Pudding
