Has anyone read anything by Erin Hart? Saw mention of her new book, False Mermaid, which combines mystery, forensics, and Irish folklore and music, so it piqued my interest. Anyone here who can recommend her stuff?
Yesterday I finished "The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest," the third book in Steig Larsson's "Millennium" trilogy. It was so richly satisfying that I can't pick up another book for a bit - have to let this one "digest." Good thing my Piecework mag just arrived!

I don't know Erin Hart, but it does sound interesting.
One of these days I'm going to buy myself a present of an e-book reader and then be able to instantly read the books that I'm interested in. I asked about the Steig Larsson books at the library and they will reserve them for me, but I have to wait and I'm not a very patient person.
Hmmm, I have to start carting around the list of reading recommendations from this group. Erin Hart sounds interesting. I just read (finally) the Monica Ferris Thai Die book. And had recently bought, and read "Foundation"
- the newest Valdemar book from Mercedes Lackey - it was good. The sequel is "forthcoming".
Ah, well. Do let us know... I'm due for a trip to the library this week with my mini-pile of overdue books (I know, bad girl).

I have read Haunted ground by Erin Hart. It was a few years back, but as I remember I thought it was quite good. I certainly liked the plot, the protagonist, and how the story developed.
