Found it!
And determined that I was not going to lose it again, so I typed it into the computer this time.
Half an hour later, I was looking for something else on the computer, in a different folder, and guess what I found in there that had already been typed in years ago?
Now I have everything I need to make the baby blanket except the time. I have a few other items on deadline first.
