The problem is (perhaps) these are cross stitch charts. I was thinking, for a pillowcase, she was looking for surface embroidery patterns.

After she finds one that works for her, they could print out the letters which she could trace on to the pillowcase or they could reverse the letters, print, use iron on transfer pencil to outline the letters and then iron the results on to the pillowcase.
