There is a link near the top of the page that says "Join or Leave the List (or change settings)".

That leads to the subscription form, and lets you set your options -- such as digest, message-by-message, whether you get a copy of your own posts, etc.

But your email to the address Tink gave will probably work just as well. Won't give you access to the choices of email setting, though, I suspect. You may have to go to the web page once you are signed up and do your settings then.

well . . . i got the confirmation e-mail. but no password. and they "capped" the name of my server, which is something i never do. **sigh**
