Repost :( it got lost, Bucilla pattern help!

I have a large (100 plus inch) tablecloth I bought off ebay. But it came with zero instructions or I have lost them. I THINK I was going to buy napkins or a table runner in the same patter so I would have the pattern.

I think it was called Ribbons and Roses. At the corners it has a large tied ow and rose buds, in the center it has 2 corners with the full roses and the ribbons go around to the other 2 corners and almost meet. Anyone know the pattern? I can sent you a pic of it. Also anyone have instructions I could buy a copy of? I love this tablecloth but to much shading to do without a pattern.

Dana :(

Bucilla has *excellent* customer service I have found. Write them -- they may just have the pattern for you. They did for my Fan project, and sent it at no charge to me. Good luck, etc.

Well I'm back to the beginning. They don't offer help on any patterns that have been discontinued more than a year and I have to have a number.... Maybe I can buy one of those cheapy computer progrmas and figure out the shading that way? Hmmm

I'm wondering if someone's made this and posted a picture to the internet... Fan only had two shades of pink for instance, so a picture would suffice "in a pinch" Gosh though, maybe a search of eBay would work too. If you have a picture, you'd be able to fudge it most likely.

Good Luck and I'm sorry Bucilla didn't help you more. :(

All is not yet lost. You don't mention anything about cross stitch, so I am assuming this is a piece of linen with an outline drawn on it in blue? If so, shading is normally done in long and short stitch, and any good embroidery book should show examples of it and give precise instructions.

Give us more details, and perhaps we can help further.

Just think!! You get to pick your own colors! Do it to suit you!!
