Restructuring a Chart - Horizontal to Verticle

Hi Guys, OY -- do I have a headache! I have just done a copy, cut & paste of a horizontal chart into a vertical chart! I'm sure there are probably easier ways of doing this but I obviously don't know what they are -- LOL! The chart is "Kittens in Mittens" from the Stoney Creek "Hanging Around For Christmas" booklet

hopefully I have that link typed correctly. The booklet also has a chart for "Puppies in Stockings" and both designs are very cute! Anywhooo -- after making my "permitted" copy of the chart (six pages long, to boot!) I got everything cut apart and pasted back together into a long bell pull design that is about 36"/1 meter long. And it only took me about 3 hours! No wonder I have a headache -- LOL! This is the second time I have done something this --I want to say stupid but I guess it's not since I want a vertical design not horizontal!!! Of course, who knows just when I will get around to stitching the piece but it's ready whenever I am :-))). I'll leave the little paper bits that cover the floor for DH to pick up -- I got the big chunks already and if I bend over one more time, my freakin' head will explode!!!!
