Just wondering if there are any fellow stitchers in Georgia. I thought itwould really be cool if some of us could get together and stitch and talkand get to know each other and share stitching ideas. maybe in the next fewmonths one Saturday or something. Anyone got any ideas on this?Ang

I was up there last weekend. The drive was great very green and peaceful. The store is located right off of Main Street and is very easy to find. The new owner is willing to order whatever you want and is eager to make a go of things. I will definitely be back. I am still trying to make my mind up about stitching camp as I went regularly and it will be very different.Liz

Sure you would! We *do* have heat, y'know, :) and better insulation than most housing in the south! We can teach you how to stay warm, too.

That's SD. We do have the Badlands (similar country to the Black Hills of SD) in the western part of the state but it's pretty darned flat around here, which has its own beauty (most people don't know how to look for it) ...you can see storms coming from *miles* away and we have absolutely gorgeous sunrises & sunsets that you can't see in the mountains.
