Since I'm violently allergic to blue cheese for me that's not an option. Lucille

I got fed up with taste and price of the local beer so now I just buy the ingredients and brew my own beer; much nicer AND a lot cheaper too! Unfortunately I have not got the patience to make my own wine...

Where is it written that you must use the exact colors the designer called for? If you let your imagination soar, it could allow you to use cotton yarn or acrylic or some other synthetic fiber. These things are readily available in most craft stores or online places plus they're more durable and thicker than DMC floss. Also, using them might allow you to cover the ground quicker than if you used the thinner fiber by going over two.

Oh you poor thing! My mother has recently developed a problem with blue cheese. I sure hope I don't!

I like my salad plain, too. Added salt is bad for you anyway. Mind you, if you`ve never bought Olive oil or lemons (both of which are good for you) how do you know you don`t like them?

Oddly, I heard a discussion of diet colas some time back and it was mentioned that Diet Coke tastes more like regular Pepsi than it does like regular Coke. I detest diet pop, so I cannot speak to the accuracy of the statement, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

Karen E., Mountain Dew fan. Hey, they gave me an xBox 360. Of course I like them!

Please, won't anybody tell me? What is the point of pop with

NO CAFFEINE and NO SUGAR

?

All of the bad chemicals and none of the good ones. That's like eating chocolate flavored like brussels sprouts.

Except it was officials from Pepsi who reported the crime. They didn't want the recipe so it must not be that great! ;-)

Not saying I do or don't like them. I was raised to eat salad plain and it is much cheaper to do so. Of course there are times when salad itself is too expensive...

That said, I once encountered a waitress who absolutely insisted I could not eat my salad without dressing. Since I'd never eaten any kind of dressing at that point in life and didn't know whether I'd like any of them, I told her if something must be put on it to use spaghetti sauce. My salad arrived with thick meat sauce all over it and it was great! They didn't charge extra for it either. Alas, those were the days before I figured out that I have trouble digesting onions and peppers. Now I can't trust spaghetti sauce when eating out.

What a perfect analogy, Elizabeth! I've never understood that either.

Flavored water sales are on the rise again. Caffeine-free diet pop is pretty much flavored water with carbonation and it is often cheaper than the specialty waters. Of course it could also be that caramel color is addictive!

Innocent, gullible me wants to know--Since she stole it and tried to sell it strictly for the money, can't anyone believe that Pepsi said no because they are so honest??

Just in case anyone asks, I don't particularly care for either. Give me a good, strong cup of coffee any day.

I use olive oil in cooking all the time, and in recipes that call for 'cooking oil' unless it's cookies or cake. Olive oil is much better for you than 'cooking oil'.
