Now that I have the items for DD's wedding done, I'm stitching a birth record for my grandson:
Ummm..what am I stitching?? Well, I just finished crocheting my new grandda ughter a christening gown, got it done the day after she decided to make an appearance 3 weeks early. (she arrived yesterday but wasn't due until the
24th of this month). I've been stitching Celtic Spring, already having fin ished the other 3 seasons. I will get back to it now that the gown is done .Working on a set of needleworker's necessities: pincushion, needlebook, scissor fob and scissor holder, for a friend's birthday gift.
I am stitching Horn of Plenty by Sharon Pope from the Sept/Oct Just Cross Stitch. Joan your birth record is so cute.
I am stitching (and frogging) Ross's Black Panther.

And it's so appropriate because DS is a big John Deere fan, they have a little hobby farm where he grows some corn and they have chickens! :)

have three projects in semi active rotation, A b'day gift that will become a Xmas gift at this rate, two RR's pieces with Margaret St John and Sandy Bell and a small butterfly scissor fob with mine initial.
Not getting to much stitching done as I am working on trying to rebuild the gardens.

The last stitching was two Xmas ornaments last Dec. Since then I've spent most of my time caring for my mom who passed away at the end of June. Perhaps now I'll get some of the stash out and pick something new to work on or finish the fractal piece that's probably 75% done. Of course I've got lots of yard work to catch up on as well as starting to clean out the house.

Yet another of the Dutch Treats table toppers. I'm doing the Buzz My Grape s one for an EGA friend who has her own bee hive. Once I've finished, I n eed to find something to stitch for the Harry & David group this year for C hristmas and then it's back to the Rottweiller/Harley/Cop project for my (n ow retired cop) brother in law before he or I dies of old age! :-) Liz from Humbug
