Does anyone have a skein of Silk 'n Colors 001 Royalty in your stash that you would be willing to part with. The color is no longer available. Of course I found an pattern that I must now stitch that calls for this color.
I searched for a conversion chart for awhile without success *but* I did find a picture of that color, finally. I would imagine that would be really hard to duplicate.
OTOH, I found a site that still lists it for sale. It's in England, but I've heard good things about them.
