We have an old family heirloom. It is a water jug from late 19th c or early 20th c. It came from Belgium with our family. It depicts a lady on one side, with a man with a miners hat on the other side. Accross the top are the words "Suffrage Universel" Wondering if anyone has any information on the history of this jug.
