liquid starch in glazes

Oct 18, 2008 2 Replies

I have used liquid laundry starch in my glazes for a number of years. It harden the dried surface and nearly eliminates glaze 'powdering' on kiln shelves. Also makes brush decoration much easier. Now I can't locate the liquid starch in any stores in may city. It seems starch is not used in our relaxed clothing. Any suggestions?
