Has anyone heard of this block? This block is like Sun Bonnet Sue. If so, I'm looking for a pattern.

I hadn't heard of one, but it certainly set my juices flowing. Think of all the cool little headdresses you could use and all the gorgeous fabrics. I might have to think about this one for a couple of days.
For one of our friendship quilts a couple of years ago, someone from Curacao sent in this very thing, but a head portrait only. The head wrap was 3-D, and she set it in an oval frame. Lovely work -unfortunately I have no close-up photo. Roberta in D
