Results? That is me right down the board.
So you are a well educated, affluent, 58 year old who is 99% female?

I'm a little young for their results and I don't have quite as much fabric (although I did buy twice as much as their past 12 months results show, at half the price!) but I would say I fit pretty much right smack dab in the middle of the Dedicated quilter description.
it probably won't apply to me - not that I'd ever know as PDF's crash my browser every time for some reason I can't fathom LOL
Wow. I'm atypical--younger, less affluent, only one machine, only bought one quilting book this year, no subscriptions. The only thing I match is the high-speed internet access. Now, am I above or below average? (grin)

Debra! What on earth are we going to do with you? LOL Polly

I seem to be very typical except in my $$ in spending.
oh, and the affluent is definitely NOT me. LOL
If you are under the average Mary I think I am making up for you! And anyone else who was under too.
But I buy fabric to be used by classes and a group, so that would explain my "extravagance".
I must claim sole responsibility for my excessive book buying though. lol
I guess i'm in the 1%

Howdy!
This is the 2003 survey; the next one will be done/taken this year. How much have things changed?

I don't know, Polly. I just couldn't help myself. Do I owe you some computer screen cleaning supplies now? Debra in VA See my quilts at
